Usability Testing of folder inserter prototypes at
US locations

A large manufacturer of folder inserter machines benefited from my experience in running Usability Tests in the field by sending me to US locations in California to evaluate a recent prototype equipped with a high resolution colour display.

Interacting and collaborating with a variety of users from different backgrounds, I provided the client with conclusive user feedback elicited by following a carefully prepared testing protocol. Based on the results of the tests at US and European locations, an appropriate user-interface was designed for the new line of folder inserters.
